My name is Soledad and I’m the face behind The Barcelona Diaries.
I moved to Barcelona almost 6 years ago. I was supposed to stay for one year only, but from the moment I set foot here I knew I had to stay.Â
Why? Because Barcelona invites you to live and be part of this perfectly imperfect mix of people, cultures, languages, creativity, cuisine, art, design, fashion and styles, with a big beach and amazing weather. Everything about it is screaming to be discovered.
The Barcelona Diaries is a project where I celebrate and share everything I love about this city. I want to encourage people in Barcelona to get to know it better and discover new places, as well as help visitors experience the city in a way only a local can show them.
My passions are traveling, languages, photography, food (especially healthy and vegetarian) and exploring unique places to see, special restaurants, bars, hotels, boutiques, museums, galleries, exhibitions, events…Â I love being able to put all that into The Barcelona Diaries and make this my love letter to this beautiful city.
